We will stock the tournament with $2500 each week on day 1 (Thursday). Every night, anyone who is opted in we will clear your loose change and add it to the prize pool. For example, if your balance is $48.13, we would then take your .13 and add it to the prize pool leaving you with a balance of $48.00. We will do this everyday, for 7 days (Thursday Through Wednesday). The tournament for that week will then be held at Full Tilt Poker on Sunday at 3:00pm Est. For your participation you reserve yourself a seat in our private free roll tournament with the loose change from all those participating as the prize pool! The way the system works is as follows. If you put at least .01 (one penny) from your balance into the prize pool, you are eligible to participate in that weeks contest. The least amount it will cost you is .01, the maximum it will cost you is .99 x 7 days = $6.93.
We will never know for sure, until the week is over, however each week will have a GUARANTEED prize pool of $5000.00, give the total guarantee of $20,000 at least per month!!
We have the tournament stocked currently with $2500.00 of free money, also if the prize pool only reaches say, $4500.00 we will guarantee it to $5000.00 so we would have put $3000.00 total of free money. So it is a free roll, with the twist of adding your pennies to help make it bigger! The typical rakereduction player on average will cost them around $2.50 per week.
We realize we cannot please everyone with the time and day of the week. We have talked to Full Tilt and some players and feel this is the best case. Currently we have it set for a Turbo Tournament which could change after we do some initial tests. The problem with Full Tilt is, EVERYONE that is eligible is entered in the tournament, meaning players that don’t show up just get blinded off. Past tests have shown only about 25% of the players actually show up. We didn’t want everyone spending hours and hours and hours with idle players.
